THE CREN CERTIFICATION AND WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU

A REALTOR®  having the Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) designation is a real estate professional who has sharpened their negotiation skills and gained the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients.  They have excellent negotiating skills, know the right questions to ask to anticipate the benefits or the potential issues that may affect pricing and how to deal with them within the negotiating process. The CREN negotiator is experienced in handling a wide range of personalities, situations and are able to sort out the competing objectives of the parties involved in a transaction.  Having these skills will benefit  both buyers and sellers in reaching their real estate goals.
